Care Support Work - Coventry

As a Domiciliary Care Support Worker, you’ll visit people in their own homes to provide personal, practical, and emotional support. Every visit is different — you might help someone with washing, dressing, and preparing meals, or provide companionship and support to attend appointments or community activities.

If you’re passionate about helping others and want a rewarding role providing domiciliary care in your local community, we’d love to hear from you. Please note that this role requires an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us).

Care Coordinator

The Care Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational coordination of
Carers Trust Heart of England's core domiciliary care provision. The postholder
ensures that care packages are scheduled reliably, that Care Support Workers are
appropriately allocated and supported, and that service users receive consistent,
person-centred care that reflects their assessed needs.
