Care Support Work - Coventry

As a Domiciliary Care Support Worker, you’ll visit people in their own homes to provide personal, practical, and emotional support. Every visit is different — you might help someone with washing, dressing, and preparing meals, or provide companionship and support to attend appointments or community activities.

Care Services Manager (Registered Manager)

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and highly experienced Care Services Manager (Registered Manager) to drive quality, lead change and make a lasting difference across our regulated services.

The Care Services Manager will have responsibility across our regulated and
associated services, which currently include:

• Domiciliary care (personal care in people's homes)
• Short Breaks and Emergency Respite (including sleep-in provision)
• Dementia Wraparound Support
• Day Break Day Services (currently unregulated)
  We hold contracts and funding arrangements across several commissioners and
  funders. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring that care and support is
  delivered in accordance with all relevant contractual and funding requirements,
  and that any changes to the scope or nature of our services are appropriately
  reflected in our CQC Statement of Purpose.
