We're delighted to be hosting a day full of exciting events at the Central Methodist Hall, Warwick Lane, Coventry, CV1 2HA on Thursday 28th September.

The day is the perfect opportunity for you to take some time out, meet other carers and enjoy some fun activities. There are various activities taking place throughout the day, all of which are aimed at helping boost your mood and mental health. • The launch of our Carers Cuppa and Catch up session for MacMillan’s Coffee morning.
• Exploring essential oils and their effect on feelings and emotions.
• An exciting flower arranging session.

• Carers Social Group: 10am - 11am
• Aromatherapy: 11am - 12pm
• Flower Arranging: 2pm - 4pm
