During Carers Week on the 8^{th of} June at 10am, we are having an ‘Introduction to Aromatherapy’. 

The VIRTUAL session is free and will last an hour. It will include a free little hamper containing samples of essential oils for use during the session. 

During the session, the therapist will be talking about the essential oils, their benefits to your wellbeing and there as a bonus there will be a 10-minute guided meditation.
