Carer Awards 2026
Carers Trust Heart of England is proud to support unpaid carers throughout Coventry and Warwickshire. These are the award categories for 2026. You can nominate a person or organisation by completing the form below. Nominations close on the 30th September 2026.
This award recognises a young person under the age of 18 who supports others and who makes a positive difference to someone’s life.
This award recognises a young adult who has positively impacted someone's life because of the care they provide.
This award recognises an adult who has made a positive difference in supporting others in their caring role.
This award recognises a local business or organisation that supports their employees or customers in their caring role. This can include an individual who has made a difference by going the extra mile for the business/organisation.
This award recognises a School or College that has gone the extra mile in supporting students in their caring role.
Recognising a GP surgery, Consultant, District Nurse, Health Care team or an individual who has made a positive impact to a carer.
Nominate the Voluntary organisation, team or individual who has demonstrated the most carer-friendly approach in their working role and who has made a difference by going the extra mile.
This award recognises a voluntary organisation that has demonstrated exceptional commitment to supporting carers through collaboration, community outreach, or innovative service delivery.
This award recognises an outstanding volunteer who has gone above and beyond in their time, compassion, and dedication to improving the lives of carers and their families.
This award recognises an individual, team, or organisation who has shown exceptional creativity, commitment, or impact in raising funds or resources to support unpaid carers.
This award recognises a Carers Trust Heart of England staff member or team who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to improving the lives of carers through innovative practice, compassion, or consistently going the extra mile.
